Kris was originally from the Bay Area in California, and has loved calling Central Oregon her home for the last 15 years. She has an Associates Degree in Science, and is a licensed Radiology Technologist. In her past life, Kris previously owned a grooming shop in CA as a Certified Pet Groomer, before coming to work in the veterinary field over 20 years ago. After working at a variety of mixed veterinary practices, she found her calling working in feline-only medicine. Kris feels that many kitties are misunderstood, and loves working with all cats, even the extra “spicy” ones. She finds it very rewarding to provide top notch care in a way that is beneficial for cats’ overall well-being.
Kris is a single mom to her daughter, Riley, and has two cats (Kitty and Mordred), two horses (Polly and Buttons), two dogs (Cowboy and Flash), and 1 betta fish (Shark). Her hobbies include riding horses and hiking in the wilderness surrounding Central Oregon, and all things Disney.
